I said it was anywhere between 400-960 dps ish which for all purposes it could be. You still have the potential to crit on every cast for 1 minute duration if you get lucky on the rng. Say you were grouped with a bard and he clicked epic and you were chain nuking etc.

I simply did 60/9 = 7 casts per min

3100 dmg *7 = 21700/60 = 361 dps
8055 dmg * 7 = 56385/60 = 939 dps


I also never claimed to be a math wiz It has been like 8 years since I took calc in college and the only math I do on a day to day basis is figuring budgets which is usually done in a meeting or on a spreadsheet so my math expertise isn't tested

Just noticed I made a silly mistake calculating.
The current dps with 300 sp.dmg would actually be even lower, 495 dps to be precise.

483 dps with 0 sp.dmg.

If crit rate is 26% that is. Does anyone know for sure what our crit rate is with fury of magic 12 and don aa?

Well going by Abazzagorath's number of 510 dps our crit rate would be 28.75%.
Assuming his parse was sufficiently long and didn't include a bard or some other outside factor.

Disruptive Persecution this requires mana to use 450 to be exact wtf were the devs smoking to think charging us that much mana to use the aa was a fair or even good idea to put things in perspective that is the same mana as crush and half as much as glorious vindication for only a slight upgrade in damage and i know which one i would rather spend my last few points of mana on to make things worse its on the same dam timer as force of disruption the devs need to put down the crack pipe or at least pass it round so we can all have a turn.

because it should be mana free realistically ive used it a fair bit when grouping and it runs you oom far to fast its an aa i would never use. The mana cost for it needs to go entirely and it needs its own timer also who in there right mind would ever use that over force if you had to choose which one to use and unfortunately you do.

There should be no mana cost for an AA like this, unless it was being made focusable.
MAny other class god AA dps ability, and they never pay mana for it, mana are for spells (with exeption of AA like fading memories, where spell cost are needed).
The mana cost need to either be removed, or the AA be made focusable (like a spell which would warrant the added mana cost)
