I don't recall if shaman epic does, and it doesn't really have anything to do with the question. Find a warrior and test it if you like, or go parse some holyforges if you like.
Honestly, sometimes I wonder what people posting on everquest boards are smoking, because they simply seem to make things up on the fly. Veteran's wrath does not affect slay, it NEVER did, and was made clear in the beta that it was introduced in that the reason it wasn't was because of SOE claimed it gave paladins too much from slay and rogues too much from backstab.

This took some time to put together and has a lot of info about slay undead. Lots of people helped with it. The title of the post is SLAY UNDEAD...

Posted: Sun Oct 28, 2007 4:06 pmYeah did some parses( with a toon with no veteran wrath ) and you were right.But im pretty sure at one point ( most likely when there was only 3 existing ranks of veteran wrath ) that THEN it used to affect it(barely maybe 300-400 more damage overall more) at the begening or before some other changes were made to either slay undead or when more ranks of veteran wrath came up or when they separated them from crits or similar.
