New LoH Ranks?

I have seen that Shadowknights get another rank of Harm Touch for the underfoot expansion. I was wondering if there was a reason why Paladins haven't gotten an increase to Lay on Hands?

No reason really other than paladin only asking for it after they saw sk get one rank.
Will probably be added in the afterlaunch AAs.

Seeing as max rank heals 55251 hps (I think), it'd be nice for a couple more ranks.

HP is inflating just like it did in SOD - and the HOT isn't a full heal every time so of course I would like it better. I wouldn't be asking if SKs didn't get one thats true, but it doesn't mean we don't deserve another rank when they received one already. They received it in the recent AA adjustments 2-3 days ago.
