I have two some-what related questions.

1) Historically, our self-buff procs (Nife, Fury, etc lines) have not been enough dps/aggro generating to warrant putting a lot of AAs into lines such as Fury of Magic, Twin Proc, etc. But given the proposed AAs we're getting in April where our 'burn' AA will be tied to procs, is this a good time to start sinking some AAs into these lines?

2) I have seen talk in game and on the boards about new-ish poison-based DD procs that are potion based. Are these available to paladins? If yes, what are they called?

Both crafted by your friendly rogue and useable by Paladins.

It's worth observing that those don't stack, btw. You choose either melee proc or spell proc.
