Spell looks good.

I see the heal has a negative hate mod on it. I take it this means you can't really use it if you are tanking?

You can use it easily while tanking. It's not nearly the agro impact that IJ is, and I've even been able to tank using IJ. It's all a matter of ramping up your agro generation to compensate for those effects.

Nice to see you still posting here. I've crawled out from under my rock and am playing a bit again.

I like the changes the class has gotten this time around.

Denouncement is pretty heavy on mana, so I personally do not spam it and only use it when I want to maximize the dps or help out patching the tank without switching target.
