I havent been working on faction yet on the new zones but from the week of preview I got Warmly with the Oceangreen Faction and can buy Survival of the Felicitous Rk. II (Survival of the Fittest upgrades) and Twincast Rk. II (Makes you do double cast on nukes for a short time).
