Chillvapor and Gelid Frost do stack.

They also stack with the Fire Buffs in this order:

Chillvapor
Gelid Frost
Hand of Ro
Fixation of Ro

Gelid Frost does not stack with Sun's Corona.

The cold nuke mod is applied to every cold nuke which lands, but not combat procs. Chillvapor, due to it's lowering cold resistance, is often used as a applicator buff for Gelid Frost.

The Cold Nuke mod stacks with Skin to Mulch and the Mal-X line. It also stacks with the Druid Epic, but it will only use the highest bonus in that slot, so the Epic Effect is applied while active.
