I of course think I'm right but just curious what others think...
Last night I zoned into Blackburrow and while I was waiting on my group to zone in I killed the two mobs that guard the "zone in". Being a Ogre I don't care for craped spaces and all and also don't much care for KoS mobs to be so close while I might have my attention else where since I was alone and waiting for the group. You know, I might go get a drink or browse a site while waiting for them.
So anyway, while I was killing these two entrance mobs some one comes up to me and gives me a good bitching at for killing "his groups mobs". I was thinking to myself this guy must hate anyone that zones in. I personally don't like mobs sitting inches away from me unless they have my full attention. So, my question would be is it OK to expect anyone zoning in that might get aggro on mobs inches from the "zone in" to zone back out to preserve "your mob"? Or is it unreasonable to think you should be able to consistently kill mobs in that kinda position? The group was actually slightly around the corner so I never saw them till after I engaged.
Also, in that setting if you set up at the "zone in" should you be able to expect everyone in the zone to lay down and die every time something goes wrong even with the "zone in" sight because they might train the "zone in" group? Or as the group setup at the "zone in" do you accept the possibility that you might catch a train if you set up there?
