!0th year anniversary Fabled - Sad

So I was running through POK on the weekend and noticed a banner by the GH zone.. Checked it out and it was a 10th year anniversary banner.

Then this odd though occurred to me.

'That is the best thing I have seen about the 10th year anniversary '.

That's kind of sad I suppose.

The LON card hand out was... silly. Sparkly wands? Please. The last guy I saw with a sparkly wand was also wearing pink cowboy boots and was holding hands with his boyfriend, skipping through the park...

Although there was supposedly one illusion, but I missed it.

The anniversary quests appear to be underwhelming so far, and the upcoming 'party'. Wonder if they will be handing out sparkly wands....

What's the best thing you have seen for 10th anniversary so far?

I really did like the banner though. It was well done.

Are our beloved (ok, was kidding) developers and EQ producers burnt out? Are they just hoping we will all go away and play WOW so they can get on to something new? I had a job like that once. They pay was so good I just couldn't quit it, but I hated the gig.

The biggest thing that I have enjoyed was camping my fabled pet wep on my rogue, and the Fabled Ball of Golem clay... got lucky and was able to get both of these in one night... pretty much duo'd with my merc... going to go back to the Ball of Golem clay camp one of these upcoming weeks to camp it for my shammy, but am happy to have it on my rogue.

I also liked the swarm clickie pet thing...that was funny...

I may do the god quests, but I doubt it... really out of space in my bank, and I already have the old roboboar...

What's the best thing you have seen for 10th anniversary so far?

On sunday moring a friend and me we met early in the planes. It took us a couple of ours to get him his fabled weapon in Fire and a Fabled ball of Golem clay for each of us. When finished, zone got crowded and next group was already in queue for the frogs. Long times gone since last time I stood up early just to assure to have a chance to get a camp. Brought up some memories.

I have to agree for the 10th anniversary it seems lacking.

Really wasnt much to do but 1-2 items then bore yourself to death doing 16 fireworks quests.
