Have a ? been 5 years is it too late to revive my chars?

have been gone for 4-5 years is it too long to re aquire my old chars and its been so long forgot my old passwords? any help would be greatfull.is it still possible to get them back ?

EQ have never deleted characters except for level1 twinks. Contact their support and talk to them. You should know your account name and stuff, ideally credit card you used. etc.

You don't need the password so much as the account name. If you have that, and the email that you set it up under is still valid they will email you your password.

If those conditions aren't met, then do as Veril has suggested.

They not only DON'T delete them, they typically can fully recover even ones that you have deleted. Some years ago in a moment of insantiy I deleted all the characters on all 5 of my accounts. 8-10 months later (IIRC) they were able to fully recover them with only a /tsk /tsk - Please don't do that again.

Also important to note, if you buy the CURRENT (SOD) expac, that will enable ALL previous expansions between the time you left and now! You'll get them all for like 40 bucks or so. Quite a deal..
