If I remember what the 'supposed to be' values were, it ran something like
Clerics - 100% - plus a 5% being a cleric bonus.
Druids - 82% - currently appears to be at 74%.
Shamans - 66% - currently appears to be at 65%.
I'd like a mana inefficient version of a heal that has a faster cast than our normal heal. Both Druids and Clerics have one.
Shamans heal cast time is 2887 (Rk. II Ahnkaul's Mending - level 73 - DPoB focus with a 10% loss) with a cast time of 3.75 sec unmodified with a 2.25 recast.
Shamans have no 'oh crap' heal spell.
Druids have a 'oh crap' heal of 3560 (Rk. II Adrenaline Surge - level 75 - large downgrade from DPoB focus) with a recast of 15 seconds.
Druids regular heal of 3287 (Rk. II Pure Life - level 72 - full DPoB focused) with a cast time of 3.75 seconds and a recast of 2.25.
Clerics have a 'oh crap' heal of 2285 (Rk. II Sacred Remedy - level 71 - full DPoB focus) with a cast time of 1.75 seconds and a recast of 2.25.
Clerics regual heal of 4410 (Rk. II Sacred Light - level 73 - DPoB focus -10%) with a cast time of 3.75 seconds and a recast of 2.25.
To be consistent with druids ability, I'd propose a fast heal of 3126 (Rk. II - using current healing #'s 3560/3287 * 2887) with a cast time of 1.8 seconds and a recast of 15 seconds. Mana cost would be 1015 (Rk. II). Level would be 75.
If you moved heals to where they're 'supposed' to be, for Druids, it would be more like 3616 regular heal and 3916 'oh crap' heal. For Shamans it would be 2910 regular heal and 3152 'oh crap' heal. Overall, not a big change for us, but a huge change for druids.
