Hello. I was wondering how someone uploads an item to Lucy. Do you have to have a premium account? I just got a Purified Flamesteel Bracer, but was surprised that it wasn't listed there. I can't seem to find any buttons on the main page to help me upload. Any idea?

it can only be loaded if some one is willing to run this in the back ground by players.
just linking it to some one who has this running will then allow the item to be loaded to Lucy.
