Big patch coming July 9, 2008

This is going to be a pretty big patch, yes, with a number of things that have been in process for over a month heading to Live.
I'm going to make a note to ensure it's on the patch message but I didn't see it above so the fixes to Ancestral Intervention and Survival of the Fittest (re: crit rate) are included in the next patch along with the Harm Touch changes. As far as the focus effect stuff goes it's happening but you guys shouldn't notice a difference now. The work was done to make it so we can do stuff later on down the road without running into some issues that were present with the prior implementation of focus effects.
