Slot 3 Shard Questions

1. Is there not a shard that extends Talisman of the Lynx?

2. Does the damage a shard adds to a nuke get added to the end result after focus and crit or before? Same for heals.

On #2 I have heard it's after, which makes nuke and heal shards not terribly interesting to me. The shards that extend HoTs and DoTs are more appealing.

It's after, but I really wouldn't turn up your nose at a 5% fixed increase on your base heal. That's better than jumping a focus tier.
