I had problems with my old sig too Red. It turned out to be the html, just like Sam said, switch all your codes over to bbcode and you'll be fine.

I shortened mine. And believe it or not, even at it's original size there are still people in my guild who have much bigger ones.
I'm just really fussy with my sigs, and when I shrink them too much I lose a lot of quality. So really gotta find a balance between making it not too big but still looking good.
Hope it's alright. This shorten version looks normal size on my screen, but I've seen the original on other people's screens and it looks frikkin huge.

No animation might be a good rule if you ever do decide that rules are needed. Slow to download, annoying to look at, and distracting (IMO).
Also I find most of these signatures to be very huge, and a breach of netiquette, but I guess the viewers can just block the images if they don't like them. In my view, while many of these images are very pretty and the product of skillful artists, appending them to the end of every post you make is not the proper way to display them.

I will (hopefully) be adding the ability for each user to block global avatars and/or sigs, as well as the avatars and/or sigs of specific other users.

Need the ability to hide signatures and avatars, separately, on all posts after the first one. For Magelo links there should be a link under the user's name on the left of the post, where the avatar would go.
As an example, check out . I like the Guild links there too.

Sure. Code that up and send it to me. I'll try it after we settle on a theme.
