Magelo rebirth

Hi All,

Today I decided to go and update my Magelo. When I last used it I had a premium account (http://eq.magelo.com/profile/292486), which I let lapse.

On trying to login with my old ID and password, I find they are no longer recognised by the database. Is this normal if you let the account lapse? How is it my old profile is still working in that case? Will the old profile disappear if I create a new account in the same name ( I'd like to keep that one for nostalgic reasons) ? I'd like to keep my account name the same as my character name if I have to create a new one (also nostalgic !)... is that possible?

I'd post this on the Magelo tech support forums, but that requires I create a new account and I don't want to do that with my one and only e-mail address unless I have to.
