One event, DDD, has a mob (Brekt I think) where you have to float really high over the mob to trigger it.
There's a post from a dev about it (in the Vergalid End's raid thread, on station forums).
Dev said they're "looking into it" (tm) but the workaround (float high) works, and was verified by a few guildies.
