I've not petitioned much in my 7ish years of EQ, but the few times that I have things were handled promptly and efficiently. Granted, I haven't had a reason to petition in the last year, probably longer, so I have no idea!
On a completely unrelated note, I've had recent dealings with Dell in their customer service. (I have a broken laptop!) The guy was very obviously from India as I had a hard time understanding him sometimes, but he was VERY helpful and I even got a follow up phone call the next day with a hopeful fix for my issue. They couldn't figure it out on the 1st call so they did more looking into it! So other than the language barrier, I really had no qualms with the outsourced people (as in the actual people, outsourcing itself is a whole other story).
Oh and yeah, I may be posting more often cause I just realized I can view these boards from work!
