I ported to ToB, emptied my mana bar by chaining group Dire, then cast malis on myself, and sat. I had to check back every 17 minutes or so as malis wore off and I went to ooc regen. PL'd my med score pretty well.

I got mine maxed out in while grinding while sitting on a mount. Seemed to me that it was skilling up fairly rapidly and probably don't need to go to any sort of extreme to keep this at max.
