umm competiton was one thing, but to have the mess PoP caused on MT was just a pita. Not that NToV was any better, you'd just wait and look at msg boards next day for who trained/KS/etc who this time.
Thankfully most of those people have left EQ. That RL job thing finally caught up to them.

well, I love instanced raiding zones, some people were unfortunate enough to live through the era of certain guilds keeping progression mobs down to keep other guilds out of high-end zones. (not naming any guilds, but nearly every server has had them)
nothing is more despicable to me than doing something simply to hold other people back.

Agreed, Xero ... cockblocking, whether you're a so-called "casual raider" or someone a bit more "hardcore," is just ridiculous and something I refuse to take part in. If you don't have anything better to do in-game than stop other people from progressing and enjoying themselves, it's time to stop playing EQ.
