Posted: Tue Oct 24, 2006 6:54 pmPosted: Tue Oct 24, 2006 11:33 pmI'd love it, but devs have repeated that ONLY BST, MAG and NEC will be receiving what I categorize as Pet Loving. Better (not one-rounded) pets, ability to focus pets to be 'better', swank pet gear summoned with or for pet, etc.
Posted: Wed Oct 25, 2006 12:16 pmI would love a pet that can take more than a few hits and be gone. I fail to understand SoE's reasoning behind not letting ALL pet classes benefit from pet focus items. Do I want it equal to the Mage or Beastlord pets? No, I just want it to be able to survive more than 10 seconds in a fight. I'm comfortable enough with going to a friendly Mage for summoned weapons though

To start with, it's a non-issue given the devs have previously said pet foci are only for BST/MAG/NEC. Besides, even if that weren't true, I think our pet needs to be beefed up quite a bit before I would worry myself over getting yet another focus effect.
