i only see beneficial and detrimental spell haste
it lacks the spell haste for all spells


like the one wich is on the reward of a dod task and give 23% spell haste on 67+ spells(that's 13.8% at 75), it's the one i use but i would love to find an upgrade

The table you have scales the PoR focus items as though they were level 70 cap, but they are actually 72, so
"skylance scale", etc, should be (65)*.7 = 45.5%, rather than 32.5%.

Upgraded mana preservation lines through level 72.

/bonk - you're right, only 5% per, so it's effectively 13.8% on level 75 spells. Thanks.

so there is no upgrade in PoR for my 13.8% spell haste??
