Throwing potions getting to use the casters lvl instead of a pre-set lvl.

Maby some more porting potions. talked about here

Itemization: Address issues with availability of Poison focus in both casual and raid teirs.

Mana pres, extended duration, etc potions effective up to level 75 spells.

Protection of Wishka Spell: Change this to be a spell with cast 10 sec, recast 2.25. it summons "Staff of the Wishka"

"Staff of the Wishka" - TEMPORARY, NO TRADE, PRIMARY. 5 min reuse, 3 charges, using the staff is what does the resistance buff on the targeted group.

This gets us back the spell gem and makes the game more fun for us, while preserving the flavour of the buff



Healing:
The reason deve made Protection of Wishka 5 min recast is to make shaman more attractive.
Shaman are a primary priest archetype. The reason we are not attractive is that we suck at our primary function, healing.
Give shaman decent healing spells, 90% of clerics. And give druids the same.

Throwing potions. Improve throwing potions so that store bought are useful, rather than auto resisted by ever single mob high level players cna thrown them at.

The chance to land caster level of throwing potions should be player level. The magnitude of effect should be potion leel dependent.

Compare the damage of a store bought damage shield potion vs the damage of the damaging potions.
