Lassitude Resetting Swing fixed?

Hello,
Has there been any update on the defensice proc issue for non-hybrids?
I was using Lassitude/Sloth on my warrior while factioning in Draniks and his swing was reduced to about one per 20 to 30 seconds (with about 8 mobs on him). This was several weeks ago. I was reading on the Sony forums that both Lassitude and Sloth were reducing the swing rate on a non-hybrid PCs around 15 to 20% - decreasing both DPS and aggro. Apparently if the warrior is in mid swing when the defensive proc goes off for either sloth or Lass, it resets the swing. This means that the more mobs you have beating on the warrior/tank (other than Paly/SK) the greater the reduced swing rate.
I stopped using the spells and have been waiting for an updated on the issue.
Have we heard any word yet?

basically shaman can't cast this on pure melee. pally/sk are no problem. The big loss is that you can't cast it on your warriors tanking raid named. It is silly. We hate it and want it fixed.
sloth and lassitude both cause this problem btw.

[quote="Maldaren"] but are there stacking issues with regular HoT spells? [quote]
Lassitude does not interfere or cause any issues with HoT stacking, if you'd like I can give you parse information that quantifies this.

I tested as follows
Pull a mob with slow.
Cast sloth on self.
After 1 proc of sloth I had pally cast a stun to see when pally stopped getting
Repeat for 2 procs of sloth, 3 procs etc.
This established I could pull aggro with up to 5 procs (I think)
Rpeat the series of tests using lassitude on myself. I got the same results as first test.
I didn't bother to refine my test any more than that. I guess I could have used different stuns (which have different hate) to gather more data, but that didn't seem to be necessary. It was close enoguh for me to be pretty sure of the test.
