He is refering to . But I am equally confused how it can reset a swing when it happens on the swing. Or if this is just some monk specific problem due to their overinsane Hundred Hand (-25) on Speed Focus or some other problem.

So is this hurting melee dps or what? I'm gonna parse it out. Since coming back I havent parsed without it active.
My monks DPS seemed a little low, but I figured it was just because I am gimp.

I'd like to know that too.
When I am boxing, I try to keep panther up. Would be funny as hell if it was actualy reducing DPS on melee. My translation of funny on this would be F'ing retarded. Cast a damaging proc with net result that the dps goes down. uh. ok. missing the point of that.
Edit: Would be useful to include the panther dps in the parse. If the overall effect of panther is that the monk loses personal dps, but the panther adds it, and more back in, then can decide if the cost of casting is worth the dps gain vs. just using that mana for nuking/dotting.
