The Spirit Realm

What I'd like to see is a debuff spell (or series of spells) that is much like the might series but in reverse, ideally one that diffent shaman can stack on mobs.
We have had the 65+ buffs altered to be combat effects, it's time that the debuffs were also modified.

The code already exists to allow the same debuff to be on mobs from different people - in particular DoT's are the example of this. I could see some changes needing to be made to allow the stackability to work, but it would not be impossable to do.

Name: Vengeful Spirit of Cripple
Duration: 10 mins
Non-stackable version Effect: Reduced melee damage by 5%.
Stackable version Effect: Reduced melee damage by 2%.

Making it stackable would be a real good reason to have multiple shaman on a raid.

I'd like to see a similar type of debuff for a mobs Accuracy. Vengeful Spirit of Spasm
(reduce accuracy by 5%/non stackable, or by 2%/stackable)

I'd like to see a similar type of debuff for a mobs Dodge/Parry/Block skill. Vengeful Spirit of Impedance.
