WB. Catching up isn't hard to do from where you were IMO. It's not like shaman are melees and need super kit everywhere. Obviously super kit helps, but we can get by with less as we re-gear and get a few more critical AA.

Quite a bit has changed, both subtle and otherwise.

yeah... I emailed Glori the images to fix that thread prolly 3 years ago and she never did it!

Now I have to figure out how to get my alchemy up so I can use those tonics, haha. At 231 and I have no clue what to do, I assume I need to farm red cups in broodlands or something?

That would take ages. Bot a forager, get Nodding Blue Lillies from Dreadlands.

Uh, I never was much of a forager. I have a 52 (iksar) monk and 53 bard, would either of those work?

Also I don't have a G15, what's the best way to actually do the foraging?

Nodding Blue Lilies are easy to get from Sebilis too. Decimating frogs is much more fun than having a forage bot.
