My guild is just starting, but it seems like the trend is for guilds to farm Tacvi and MPG Raid Trials at the same time. Difficulty and Loot is very comparable between the two. In trying to determine my own loot priorities I found sources for all the loot, but no-where where it was compiled in the same place. So I did it myself. I'm offering my analysis here in case anyone else is looking for such information. If I screwed anything up, please let me know.

Wow that's a lot of work. If I was you, I'd get all Qvic'd out with goat gear. If you're in Tacvi, you'll can be in Anguish is less than a week, but most likely within a month you'll be Anguish, so keep that in mind as well.
When I shop for loot, I pretty much use a priority system: Clickys, Focus, +Effects, AC.
For example, the guy in Tacvi that drops spear of doom is easy, my guild kills him once every like 4 Tacvi clears just because it's not a fun event. Get that spear, it's awesome =] There is also a mask that is a 25% extended buff duration, +400 mana clicky, and Tunat's / Zun's tounges (zuns can drop off of any of the nameds in Tacvi).
Those 3 are what I would focus on, + completing your qvic gear, + getting the belt from efficiency. Should be easy to do with your guildies if you can get to Tacvi.
TA and War Spear are really amazing to me because they let me cast things when I normally can't. Which leads me to my favorite focii, spell haste. That's how I chose my focii, so you should look and see what is available to you. If you click on my magelo, you'll see the neck from Circle of Drakes, 30% beneficial haste, can be done by a 24 people raid. The tounge quest will finish off detremental haste. If there is even a REMOTE possibility that you might do the quest, START NOW! It can be frustrating.
Otherwise, once your guild smartens up, you'll do hatred like every time it pops, that earing there is golden, high ac, hp, improved dodge 3..

A high end Cleric or Druid won't get 1 rounded by a 10k damage, one day shaman can say the same =/

Guild just broke into Anguish (Go Gale!) and there is talk of adding DoN Dragons to our hit list soon so I updated my shaman loot analysis sheet to include Anguish and DoN Dragons. I'm posting it here in raw .xls format for you to re-work for the website Sam (please re-host if you can). Enjoy!

edit: nm, there's a "score", now to figure out where the number comes from
Missing all YarLir loots, btw. I expect Shroud of the Surging Storm and Crystallized Glass Staff would both score very high.
Guilds doing YarLir/Vishimtar also work on Depths "call of blood" raids, ought to consider adding those as well.
