Demi Plane + POR check

At the moment my guild has Sisters, Hatchet, and Granite Claw on basic farm status. We have OMM down to 55 now too, only a once a week event now. We do Relic dragons, Curruption of Ro (I think is the name), and have 55ish members now keyed for TOB. I have really loved making last blood augs lately to fill in the gaps of some of my focuses I wanted. I was hoping to get some opinions on what to hope for next. Here's my Magelo :

My next target item is either Demi plane pants or Porthis's Mask, either or for the 60% healing focus. Atm there's about 3 clerics ahead of my in DKP for the mask, but I will be first on pants most likely. I just don't know how far we are away from getting the pants....is all. If I get the mask then I am making GM pants, but I don't want to make them till get the mask. We haven't tried RedFang yet...so no idea how far we are from Teir 2.

Obviously I need some of the Anguish Augs, but atm I am unable to get those, due to how they are awarded...I am also looking for a 60% Poison focus, but haven't been able to find any items really. A small list of those would be nice. The only item I can find is . I am kind of hoping there's more available, but if not I might make a GM piece to have 50% poison focus.

Both say Vampiric Bile yet....one says 60% diseaese (magelo) other says 60% poison (Alla). Wait here's a 3rd one http://lucy.allakhazam.com/spell.html?i ... ource=Live 60% poison (Lucy).

Going to guess that this ranged has a 60% poison focus then, but if you are as confused as I am with the names /raise your hand.
