DoN will be your friend. It doesn't take a lot of HP there to go through with a pickup group and the rewards of doing it is ok xp and more 55HP augs than you can shake a stick at (well after you're bored senseless from creator missions).

I'd drop the Boneshod Greatstaff in favor of a 1H weapon of your choice and some sort of shield. This will help you a lot I believe.

If you feel like doing some PoR stuff, you can get an upgraded back item (it's the one I'm wearing atm) from the Skylance mission #2 in Arcstone.

For your hands, there's an item in OoW that's attunable and should be quite cheap, they drop like water there. Forgot the name of it so, sorry. Just check the bazaar for it.

A note on your magelo, you need to input your skills, otherwise, you'll keep seeing it like that with 400ac or whatever.
