I think that if you make your wishlist so broad, you'll end up with the 70 worst % of it, and still be missing key items/foci. I think that you should put off items that won't last, and loot the superstars like Xxeric Mask, Researcher's Symbol, MPG gloves/pants as a priority. Particular losers are the Pendant of Discord, which in the forseeable future (based on the scope of the wishlist) will conflict with Necklace of Grimspirit Beads, which in turn will render obsolete the focus on Loop of Entropic Hues.

I don't consider the pair of Pernuriousness foci a worthy upgrade from Conservation of Xegony, so the items carrying those get negative judgement from me as well.

Boots of Captive Screams are a great pick for stats; the set of shoes from Tacvi I think was some of the best loot in the zone. However, from a modern perspective, they definately lose if you make Bazu cultural an option. That consideration doesn't impugn their quality, just their staying power in the face of options.

One item that you've opted for an alternative on is Eye of Rikkukin. It's really good, and you might reconsider it if you've initially dismissed it. Good stats, *great* mods, and a rare focus.

Oh, and for a shield upgrade, go to Bane of the Stonegazer, and leave Kess/YarLir shields to others.
