Equipment/AA Check & some questions

It's been a while since my last "checkup" and I've made alot of progress thanks in large part to everybodies input here.

Here is where my shaman, Tsel, sits right now:

My helm will be replaced next time a Bazu aug drops with a GM Frostwarded helm containing a Bazu Seal of Favorable Continuance (beneficial duration extention). I have the helm, type 11 aug, and the AAAA for the bazu aug all ready to go.

I still have several less than ideal pieces, but the biggest gap I see is detrimental duration extention. Ideally I would like the chain wrist from Titanothan (with Zombie Malaise) or the belt from Hanvar (with Vindication of the Dragorn).

My first question is about the Hood of the Relic Born from Shar`Drahn. It shows the Vampiric Malady focus which on Lucy is for Disease based spells, but on Samanna's Focus page it's listed under the Poison mod section. I think I have seen discussion somewhere that the Vampiric Bile and Vampiric Malady focuses were backwards... Is that true? Does Vampiric Malady give the 60% Poison focus and not Disease? I hardly ever solo so I don't place much value on a disease focus since the poison dots are much better for me when duo'ing or grouping.

My second question is regarding a Magic focus. While I would dearly love to have a Ture or Vish shield my only healing focus is on my Bulwark of Souls shield. Anguish T2 gloves have been pretty rare for us so getting my healing focus there is unlikely. And everything else on the Magic & Healing focus lists (40% and above) Samanna has is either something we no longer raid (Tacvi), sought after current content (Vishimtar, Anguish, DP Tier 1), or still on the near horizon for us (Suchan, DP Tier 2, ToB bosses). What would be the best way to improve my Magic focus while maintaining atleast 40% Healing focus?

As you can tell from Tsel's magelo, he is not very aug "rich". I've put DoN hp augs in every slot that I can but i am still really lacking for augs in ears, fingers, primary, secondary, and range. I'm working on the Coldain aug (2 of 3 seals) but would really like any input on other group/duo available augs for those locations that are atleast 50/50/50 or better. My first thought was RSS statue camp for the 70hp ear/finger augs but RSS spawns have been borked up for so long I've started looking for alternatives

Any other equipment and aug suggestions would be appreciated. For raid loot suggestions, I am in a DKP guild and my shaman is a boxed character (I know people hate boxes... so if your a shaman that plays from 9pm PST until 1am PST and looking for a raid guild you can see my post in the Guild Seeks Shaman sticky in the General section). I can aye on any raid loot drop but as a box I incur a 90% penalty to my DKP, not to mention I do not aye over guild mains ever.

Rather than spam the forums with an AA advice thread too I'll just add it here... Tsel is sitting at 587aa currently and I am contemplating what to go after next. I have all the healing AA (minus Abundant Healing which still makes me a little nervous), DoT, and valuable utility AA's done. Right now I have a grand total of 0 defensive or nuking AA's. Since on raids I am always a DPS group healer (Bard, Zerk, Monk, Rog, Rog(my main), Shaman(Tsel) ) I focus on keeping the group alive, adding to their dps (champ & panther), curing, and debuffing I don't really have time to nuke or dot like a shaman main might. When grouping/duoing I'm the main healer about 50% of the time and the other 50% I'm only the slower/buffer so I can toss out some dps ... which I usually use DoTs for their greater return on mana invested.

Am I missing any glaring holes in my healing/DoT/utility aa's? If not, should defensive aa's be my next focus be on defensive aa's or what?
