- click

- detri extension
- detri mana pres
- detri spell haste

- bene extension
- bene mana pres

Options for bene spell haste aren't the best from Tacvi or MPG. Ignore the earring from north Tacvi, it's better for rng & bst than for shm. Wait, get neck () from Circle of Drakes when it's available.

Take care of focus effects first. When & if those get done, though...

I'd shoot for Necklace of Grimspirit Beads, Beaf. You got a much better shot at that than the tongues to finish up the researchers symbol. Been almost a 50% drop rate for us every three days.
Drop rate on mpg trial legs has been bad, but you got a shot at Kanleku's. We'll be hitting Txevu for BiC quite a few more times.
Eye of Rikkukin be nice for you (and me) too.

Uh, Grumblebunz, those are two different kinds of spell haste (on Necklace and Researcher Symbol) and they can be worn together.

If your in tacvi and already farming some of the mpg trials I'd assume that if you put any effort into it you'll beat what ever remaining trials you have and get into anguish soon. Tacvi gear isn't bad but there isn't really anything I'm interested in from there personally altho I can see it depending on where you stand so to speak in your loot system. Pretty much everything in tacvi is either old focus's that cap at lvl 67/68 or not the max focus capped at lvl 70. 15 or 18% mana pres instead of 20%, 25% spell extension instead of 30% etc. Same for the focus's from the MPG trials.

Personally I' rather have http://lucy.allakhazam.com/item.html?id=47284 for detrimental spell extension than the bracer for example. Assuming you do get into anguish you can probably safely assume, hanvar, keldovan and ture will die soon after. Since all 3 on average drop 1 non bp/legs armor peice it seems to be relatively common. I'd also go with ritualchanter's boots http://lucy.allakhazam.com/item.html?id=70920 for bene spell extension eventually and gloves http://lucy.allakhazam.com/item.html?id=70919 for heal focus.

If you are lower on the totem pole and can get so tacvi peice with out paying much or with out alot of competition they aren't bad peices but I just feel compared to alot of what you should have access to in anguish soon they aren't the best choice if you have th choice.

Ritualchanter's Boots are terrible, they have no mods at all besides the focus. Amice of Ill Will is fine, but he's not in a dkp situation to get it. Similarly, it doesn't sound like he's in a points situation to scoop boots from anyone. 25 & 30 % are both infinitely different from his current 0%, so the MPG shoulders are more than fine; incedentally being a 150hp/mana upgrade for him.

Hanvar belt I don't object to at all, btw, except for availability issues. There are other stellar belts around, and Anguish likely to be in high demand (it's all/all). Tacvi bracer is chain only, and there are other stellar waists, like Sash of Frigidity from Rikkukin. He didn't actually ask about dragon drops, but it's out there.
