Suggestions would be great ... I am tring to do missions and advance but I am not 65 and to high for < 60 groups.

So... you are seeking to improve via pickup groups? Guild raids? Soloing? 2boxing? Core of similarly geared friends?

Get your guildies to go and camp the bits with you for the quests at the BOTTOM of http://samanna.net/sham.gear/quest.oow.shtml - Miscellaneous Shaman-Equippable Quest Armor. Each one takes 2-4 random drops from XP camps.

A possibility if you can 2-box with the warrior: . Mobs will be dark blue at 65 (they've gone almost all light blue by 70). There are 2 major items to harvest while hunting there: (used to make master augments, such as , so they sell for 3k-5k each in the bazaar on my server), and (used to make level 9 potions, such as , and can get your alchemy skill to 300). If you shop for gear in the bazaar, a couple hours per night in sirens should give decent exp and several k pp. I usually flog the potions in the bazaar for 12-13pp each, although level 10s sell much better (they take nodding blue lilies from sebilis). Check your bazaar to see what GM Frostwarded armor sells for. Farming stuff in SG should help raise a bunch of plat to buy your upgrades along with reasonable experience. On my server the zone is pretty much empty.

I prefer the area near the "top of the well" which is near the exit to Western Wastes. If you see the Ailing Walrus, it will be a very tough fight at your level (bst epic mob hits for 656, partially slowable, will con white). Most mobs hit for 180s, some will hit for 240s. Most mobs will be low 50s, the white walking walruses are clerics. You'll need to malo/malos the mobs.
