Okay, I'm looking at the Bulwark of lost souls. For whatever reason, the effect is missing the usual 'instant only' line in the spell data. Does this sucker work on hots?

Great question.

I would give the pet answer that HoTs are considered buffs and not heals, but there could be changes underway. /shrug

Anyone got one?

I have Xxeric's bracer (same focus) and it works like any other healing focus; it is for direct heals only.

We should have a focus like BA5, but it should increase return for HoTs and Regen.

I've said that before, but I believe the response was given that it would require a recoding of the way HoTs work, which I do believe in this case, given the way that foci like this (and GoM) don't affect them.
