A little information on your content please: your gear looks to be solid for a grouping shaman. Are you planning a move to a raid guild, or would you like advice geared mainly toward single-group content? Off the top of my head, I'd suggest picking up the chain tunic from RSS, Chain of the Tormentor.

you ahve a lot of aug work to be done, ditch all those mana augs and replace them with HP or ac augs. ditch the adventure stone and put an anyslot aug in there (anything is better than 2hp that you ahve in there now.) RSS will be your friend for aug drops.
