There is a section of Kael, that if you speak a particular phrase, it causes a spawn of giants that are pretty good droppers of quest plate armor. I need some of the armor pieces for my Res/heal bot cleric that I am building, and a friend has returned to EQ and could use the heal BP for soloing his Warrior.

It went something like 'refrain from blank the dain' Something like that. If anyone has a link, or recalls the phrase, would be greatly appreciated.

I believe it is:

The Dain shall be slain for the peace we must obtain"

hopefully somebody will correct me if i am wrong

Can't get link from alla's from work, but that's part of the 9th coldain ring quest. I know allah's will have details under the 9th ring quest description. If nobody posts by the time I get home from work, I'll find the link and add it.
