He, no I didn't look Brohg. I thought it was the newbie in qvic question and gave the standard reply.
From Inktu'ta - get the big HP augs, you will be a while getting through that zone, but once you are through it and into tacvi you won't go back often, except to reflag.

Save for Tacvi and MPG trial loot ... with a combination of that, you can often get the 2nd best items in game ....
If Tacvi and MPG trials are too far away, start collecting the Ear of 18 eyes, the Keledrix 100 HP Aug, Stained Threadbare Cape, Whispering Amice, Sash of Enveloping Quiescence and a Soothing Earstone of Striated Clay (although each of these have better items in MPG trials / Tacvi, but not by much) ....
