Found new chest item in 69.1 normal

I was bored the other day and got together a couple people so I could xp in a 69.1 hard mission. But since one of the people I invited was only 67 (if I remember his lvl correctly) I noticed 2 differences than the other billion times I've done this. 1: I could not get the hard version. and 2: The loot tables seemed different. After we had finished, we went back to the zone in for the chest. The item that dropped was as follows:

Hardened Chitin Helmet

hp 135, mana 125, end 135
fire +12, cold +12, magic +12
recommended lvl 68, required lvl 58
war, clr, shd, brd, pal

I've also noticed a few rare drops off trash mobs during my visits to the instanced version of the hive but will look on some other boards to see if they are listed. I was not able to find this helmet on any websites that I usually visit. It shares the name with the nice chest piece that drops from the chest of one of the DoD missions.

Hope this info helps and maybe this item can be found in lucy or something. I didn't see it there when I looked right after getting it.

You can run the lucy collector and get it added - if you, in fact, looted it.

The levitation clicky you are thinking about is probably the Swiftmantle which can drop as a zonewide rare in Shadowalker 1 (normal confirmed, hard unknown)
