Voodoo Wand comes from Sabotage mission in DoD, but only if you have a lower level group. A lvl 70 sk in my guild has been grouping 2 or 3 low level bots to get the lower level mission, and solo farming them.

Another nice mana proc weapon is . Its a chest drop from the dod mission Spies Like Them. Certainly not soloable but fairly easy with a decent group and its a very nice weapon though I don't like the graphic.

Primals in Xytta drop a hammer with timelapse proc, fairly easy to kill

I prefer Manadrain tho, kicks major ass in PvP

Seen the voodoo wand for sale in bazaar to, but steep price, 150-200k range

For now my auged soulstripper is enough
