I agree with you on this. Even when the clicky is changed to a single target HoT, I would be using it more than the direct heal (granted I don't have either at the moment, I'm still waiting on a Yar'Lir kill for my DoN one . . .). But, I plan on getting the BP for the click alone. It would be better healing in my book.

Not saying I like it, but this is just to correct the bard click description:
"162dmg every 3.5 minutes" is not accurate unless you can find a bard with no worn percussion and no instrument mastery AAs. Epic 1.5 (2.2 mod) plus .8 for AAs gives you 52 * 3 * 3 = 468 total damage. Epic 2.0 would be 52 * 3.7 * 3 = 577 damage. The fire resist debuff would range from 72 to 88. An 18 second resist debuff is not that useful, obviously you'd twist the song when fire resist is important. For bards though, even a fast .8 cast time interupts the twist and means another song will drop. No mana savings obviously.

You want current content? How about The Devastation? Lots of blue-con mobs there that need splitting & cc'ing. The dps option on Prophesy clicks, at least for monks, is Leopard Claw, which isn't even dps for well geared monks. For all three of the main monks in my guild, they'd -lose- dps by taking the time to click Leopard Claw instead of just meleeing for that 0.8sec. Utility is definately the way to go on monk BP.

Clicking one of the third string discs would be cool. Blinding Speed is a good one to point out.

Just got my clicky BP tonight and I like it. Right now, since as far as I know, the Ghost of Renewal quest has not been completed, its pretty nice to be able to cast the spell already. Now, as long as it's spiritual serenity or equivalent single target HoT, I will still be happy with it. /cheers

Yes, as far as I know that is true. It doesn't really suck. There are 3 PH's in the pyrillian area, they all have a chance of spawning any of the 3 named. Get a group over there and mow them down.
