the candle is currently bugged, it always gives max stats unless you are switching gear around or hitting the bandolier a lot.

That's a big negative there, Ghostrider. Candle works as intended; i.e. if you are carrying a lightsource the stats are going to go down. Hence, the dilemma. =)

Avoidance vs. HPs should be calculated like this:
The average chance to get hit for a Shaman is 60%. This means that you get hit every 1.667 attacks. This means that 1% evasion(10 avoidance) equals about ~1.7% HPs.

Somebody can't read and never heard of math.

Just because Scowls can't read, doesn't mean the numbers are arbitrary. 10% avoidance ~ 1.7% HPs, not 1.7 HPs ffs.

ok explain your math to me, beginning with:
"Avoidance vs. HPs should be calculated like this" (sounds like opinion)
"The average chance to get hit for a Shaman is 60%" (again where is this number from, just pulled out of the sky?"
"This means that you get hit every 1.667 attacks. This means that 1% evasion(10 avoidance) equals about ~1.7% HPs." (this final formula says you get missed this many times per attack, so avoidance =1.7% hps. didnt see the percent earlier, so a miss is equal to 1.7% of my hps? or 1.7% of the mobs dps? it still doesnt take into consideration the dmg output of the mob, freeport rats missing me 99 times out of 100, avoidance worn does that? no , lvl difference, ac overpowering their attack, and aa are equal contributers on that I would think. avoidance worn equals 1.7% of what on a lvl 1 rat? or im on ramp against Zi'Thuuli, his ramps are 7Kish, avoidance is worth how much there?
avoidance is scenereo dependant, varies from mob to mob, but i damn well love having avoidance when im takeing ramp or tanking (solo or dou). theres almost no better mod to have, IMO. Im not argueing the value of avoidance, im just saying you cant measure it with a scale. especially when there is AA avoidance kickin in to help, and worn avoidance increases your AC. Thats my opinion atm though, explain the math to me, im not great at math, i dont think thats a shocker to anyone. change my mind. atm i interpret your formula as shaman get hit 60%, 60% is once every 1.7 attack, so avoidance is worth 1.7% of something. explain where you pulled the figures from.

10 avoidance isn't 1% evasion, either...
