Rikki legs suck. CoA boots suck. Aegis of the Dragorn Elders is fine, but runs a FAR distant second to the Skull of Vishimtar that your guild will soon have access to. Further, the same focus can be had via a Bazu Stone in cultural armor, which would let you use, say, Crescent Palemoon in the shield slot instead.
#1: Rit's Tunic
#2: Ring of Deterrance
#3: Rit's Hat
Your legs are already stellar, don't replace them. For detrimental extension, Belt of the Stagnant is a good option, but one you might not want to take if you can get Assistant Researcher's Symbol instead. The other way to go is a Bazu Stone, and GM cultural armor. At this point, I've stopped being a fan of Wristguard of Chaotic Essence.
For your buff extension item, you have options. Every option has infinitely better mods than Rit's boots, since Rit's boots have 0. If you can get it (i.e. if your guild still does Tacvi), then Xxeric's Matted Fur Mask is the best caster face up to Demiplane. There is a difference between 25 & 30% buff extension, but not much; by looting the mask you also get spell/dot shielding, and the +manapool click. Again, the other way to go is a Bazu Stone in GM cultural armor.
I've added the hat to the list because I think it's one of the two best CoA armor pieces for shm. The Spec:Alter mod is only on two items in the game, but the 8% stun resists really pushes it over the top.

BTW, nice gear chioces so far for you, you have very high AC for your HP level, I like that.
What to expect in Anguish . . .
You will get tired of monk/bl weapons after your second clear. BP drops from AMV about maybe 10% of the time (however, OMM can drop 2 and drops at least one around 75% of the time). Rings and earrings are like at the bottom of the loot tables, they're not very common. Most people will want the Tier 2 gear parts. Again, you'll get tired of seeing weapons rot . . . Belt of the Stagnant is a pretty nice piece of gear, detrimental extension is a nice focus to have maxed for your gear level. The upgrade from Qvic+Tacvi bracers to CoA bracers is not really worth it unless it's going for low DKP, not a huge upgrade, but it is noticable. Augments are very nice, you will want them all when time/DKP permits you to get them, it's a pretty big difference between a shaman with 2 (me) versus one with all of them (rest of guild shamans). With the augs, I'd be ahead of them/with them at least, without the augs, I'm around 500hp less. You'll get tired of seeing weapons drop period, that loot table slot could have been used to drop bone chips, they'd be worth more. I'd pick up a shield while in CoA, before you go hog wild on getting a Vish shield (yes, I still want one, but the shield is uba rare it seems and quite expensive, while CoA shields practically rot).
Overall, I'd have to say, go for:
1. Tier 2 BP (one shaman in the guild with very high play time is a must for some encounters)
2. AMV ring
3. Ture shield
4. Hanvar belt
5. neck/amice from AMV or Tier 2 arms (probably the arms, but don't be afraid to snag the amice, it's ultra rare and is quite nice)
For comparision's sake, LC's been in Anguish around 10 months or so now. We clear all but OMM pretty much once a week on average. Here's the break down of what's dropped for us (shaman-wise):
- Ture - 13
- Arch Magus Vangl - 3
- Ture - 17
- Warden Hanvar - 15
- Warden Hanvar - 15
- Jelvan - 4
- Epic 2.0 orb droppers - 129
- Jelvan - 9
- Ture - 14
- Keldovan the Harrier - 7
- Arch Magus Vangl - 11 (Chest)
- several - 33 (Arms)
- several - 33 (Hands)
- Arch Magus Vangl - 14
- Keldovan the Harrier - 10
- several - 37 (Boots)
- Arch Magus Vangl - 26 (Legs)
- several - 32 (Head)
- several - 65 (Bracer)
- Keldovan the Harrier - 11
- Arch Magus Vangl - 11
- Ture - 15
- Warden Hanvar - 9
- Keldovan the Harrier - 21
- Warden Hanvar - 19
- Arch Magus Vangl - 9

great advice so far, thank you. For a littel more insight into my guild leaders brain. We are the oldest startup guild on Drinal. We don't do DKP. The Officers maintain a spreadsheet and you are awarded loot that you go in for based on play time and keeping everyone semi-even. as far as OMM I know most guilds don't farm him because thats the smart thing to do, but my guildleader isn't like that.. He won't be satisfied unless we engage him every time we can, even if we're in the guild lobby 3 minutes afterwards.
