We only get a few Bazu/Last Blood as were not in Demiplane nor raiding higher PoR yet. For right niw though, were basically on our own from a official standpoint. Unofficially, we have been assisting people as needed. One of our guild necros farmed much of the items for the AAAA, so much that after he did his last blood, he had almost enough for 2 more.
The other thing though is to get your tradskillers GM access so they can make GM armor. I just got finished making a helm and the difference between a GM helm and a Master helm was 100k vs 10k.

On your own, I just made my second bazu item last night. I've got a few A4 tokens ready for more or Last bloods.
I make my own GM armor and my mage can do all the tinkering.

The hardest part of my Helm was getting the Improved Parry tablet from Coranthus...

You're on your own in SoT, and they charge dkp for the bazu stones too. There are people that can help with some of the armors, but mostly you have to make it yourself or buy it in the baz. It's mostly our hydra crews that are doing these since they make money easiest.

A Lair of the Blackwings mission pulling no extra mobs produces 0-3 scales/hides. Over a single off-night running those missions, any group of guildmates who are concerned about Bazu stones (i.e. are equipped to beat at least Matriarch Shyra) should be able to run 6-7 Blackwings in a typical 3-4 hr play session. Those who are concerned with Last Bloods would probably be over 8, and killing extra mobs in each mission just to fill up the lockout timer. That's a dozen or more MDS in a night, acquired on the single-group scale. Based on those numbers and my own experience, the cost of the base armor is not something a guild needs to help out with.
SR charges dkp for Last Bloods (we haven't done anything involving Bazu Stones for months & months), with no warrantee from the guild on the subsequent completion of the item. The typical points cost of Last Blood is considerably lower than parallel complete items. Many guildies have craft skills that they make available free of charge to those who bring them "everything but the button" (meaning all components, no matter how trivial; all subcombines done, etc.; only thing left is to click [Combine]). Many of the uncommon components are available from the Guild bank by request from any officer, like a near complete library of mechanoinstructions, and Last Blood Seals and Goos. But none of that is guaranteed. It's ultimately entirely up to the individual to make the gear real.

we roll on bazu stones , they dont count as loots

, also for the rest you have to do it on your own ( buy it , or farm stuff and have some in the guild do you the combines )
4a costs about 250 k actually on zek ( was like 400 k a couple weeks ago and up to 1mkpp like a couple months ago due to the rarity of people doing it to gain plat
