A couple other recent threads have got me thinking about this. There was a thread in the old forums that was very similar, but they used Qvic gear for a lot of things.

I decided to put together a profile of the absolute best of the best for 1 groupable shaman gear. It's ONLY traditional 1-group content (no might-be-groupable raid mobs or anything of the sort) Anyway, theres a few things that are still somewhat dubious and it will be updated as more info becomes available.

1.5 is achievable without a guild, if that counts..

I did my 1.5 without a guild

But really, for simplicity's sake I'm trying to keep it strictly 1-group stuff, and I don't think 1.5 quite falls into that category. Close though

Wouldn't fully auged dawn forged from DoN be better than spiritkin for the hand slot?

Okie..made a couple adjustments based on previous discussion. Also, added in Brohg's Sparkling Nest Ornament as one of the premium augs to get ahold of.

Mshas yes, was refering to zoo and cyno. Might be a piece someone just wants, but if they are being one grouped it is probably for a twink. Wasn't clear, sorry.

Groups of SR go back for overhaste earring (from zoo) and caster shoulder (from cyno)

The fact is, this is a one groupable mob thread. it was stated in the post itself "not raid mobs that might now be one groupable." if you really want the best gear for one group you need to put msha loot on there. Also Ikkinz group gear, mpg group trials, etc.

The fact is you can't get to Qvic with one group, Once you get there via a raid, yeah its one group stuff, but you can't get there with one group. That should preclude it from the list, use some context.

Yeah, this is intended as the best gear a casual player could get ahold of with a normal group of friends who have nothing more than themselves. Anything that requires a raid flag doesn't count. I did include Ikkinz groups because those are pretty easily attainable for a casual group these days (the only flag required is Tipt, another 1-grouper )

I could have included things like Bridgekeeper Lirah, MM bard, and Chailak, but i chose not to. While they can all be grouped, its certaily not typical to do so. (the hardest part is getting people to try it, sadly enough...the most typical response I get when I mention such things is that I'm a maniac not long for this world )
I was grouped in RS the other day and the puller started kidding around about bringing Chailak. I told him to go ahead and do it....he wouldn't

I was showing this to a buddy of mine and he asked an interesting question: "What would that profile look like pre-Omens? I bet it would be alot different."

we tried velitorkin with one group (before we get qvic access)
group was:
me (shaman)
tank (warrior) about 14500 hp at that time.
druid.
beastlord.
wizzy
necro.
we failed when mob was about 30%.i had only nihil (no time's antithesis) and slow wore off and didn t been able to slow him in time.(turgur was resisted).

now i got T.A (and discord) and we have qvic access. i think we could kill him now.........

Veeshan's Peak stuff doesn't qualify, due to difficulty of getting a key. Likewise, the Signet of the Arcane requires probably a dozen raid flags to be able to complete (Trust me, I'd be wearing one by now if it didn't)
