Terraxs can be found in Crescent Reach at -1400, -1620, 34, and gives the tasks for the Tier 2 armor. Unlike Tier 1, you can't see the links to the armor pieces at the start, so no clue what the final drops will look like. This may be a two part quest like the Tier 1 armor, consisting of getting the item, then upgrading it. Don't know for sure, but 'A Large Flickering Powersource' drops off of named in Ashengate.
Silverfanged Coat
Deliver 4 Power Infused Chain Links to Terraxs

Updated.
Tugela, are you sure that the pieces you saw drop in Sunderrock are for this particular quest? Only reason I ask is because I remember a Dev stating there would be four tiers of questable armor, low-level (20s), mid-level (50s-60s), high-level (75) and Raid-level (Endgame). The other quality of dropping loot you mention makes me wonder if the parts you're seeing drop are for the mid-level quest? The name of the mold should be something along the lines of 'An Ancient Chain Wrist Mold' or something similiar to that. The text of the quest gives the impression that this tier of armor drops exclusively in Icefall or Direwild. But if you are seeing them drop in Sunderrock, do you have the particular names of the mobs that drop them?

Yes, I'm sure, because my shaman is wearing the bracer right now
Most of the molds I've seen in Sunderock have been bracer molds, with one or two other pieces (caps and gloves IIRC). All have dropped off minor nameds that pop in the place of normal trash (not the quest nameds). The ash covered stuff also drops there, but randomly off trash, its just fairly rare.
hmm

Step two of this armor is called Spirit-Seared Chain whatever. The quest is available from Tenish after completing any of the step 1 items by saying "further".
It requires the tier 1 piece and a "Faintly Glowing Powersource" And appears to add some regen, mana regen, or effects like Spell Shielding or Avoidance.
The stats on the chest are
Spirit-Seared Chain Coat
MAGIC ITEM LORE ITEM NO TRADE

TSS Tier 1

TSS Group Tier 1
This is what I call the Ancient Molds without the power sources applied.
TSS Group Tier 2
This is what I call the armor with the power sources applied (the names are all hyphenated with the exception of the wizard armor).
TSS Group?/Raid? Tier 3
This is the mystery - is it "JUST" the level 75 armor quest or does it involve the earlier armor?
Does the 71-75 armor quests have to be done first (one or all), ie. hand in your earlier armor along with another drop somewhere to have a mold created, or is the mold tradeskilled from your earlier armor? ie. where do the molds drop or are they patterned off your old armor?
What is this tier of armor like? If anyone knows, nobody is saying a word. "Will the higher level guilds spill the beans when it's found?, or are they just not there yet?" are the big questions. If they are based upon the earlier names, and someone is running the lucy's program - we eventually will find out this info.
TSS Group?/Raid? Tier 4
It is assumed that the larger power sources are used to upgrade the Tier 3 armor further. Tier 3 has to be found and completed before we can make guestimates on what is involved here.
P.S. For Tier 3 the first set of have been found...

Dont do the same mistake I did and hand in "A Large Faintly Glowing Powersource" from Ashengate along with your pants. He will gladly take your pants then tell you the powersource is the wrong one, leaving you running around cresent reach with no pants on screaming about stupid quest mechanics and offending all the newbies!
The "A Faintly Glowing Powersource" we need is from named in Valdeholm and Vergelid, perhaps named in other zones as well. I am refusing to wear pants until I find one!
