. insta click from inventory lev. easy camp (CT), i would suggest camping in the room that spawn at before a patch then checking right after wards, other wise the spawn rae is crazy-slow. i did manage to get 5-6 of them, 2 i kept for myself and wife, the rest i sold to clerics in the bazaar.

Hecude mentioned the resist mask and as Samanna mentioned, it's actually a series of 5 quest arcs, each of which has a single resist buff which stacks with the others. I have 2 of these and use them as 2 of my insta clickies.
I run with 4 clicky buffs, the other 2 are raid obtained.
If you want these just for dispell slots, there's nothing wrong with using werewolf as a substitute insta clicky. Then there's black fur boots which are fine in some situations, and the goblin earring which you can get on your shaman too.

Gobbo earring, takes a couple of hours only. Trivial camp.
The DoD mask, eah of the 5 subquests (5 missions each) gives a resist clicky. 3 of the subquests also give you DoD spells. If you've done those already that gives you 3.
AA Werewolf - instant clicky, very handy
Coldain Ring, very easy to do these days. I solo'd it at 60.

For a solution to the problem of clickie items that need to be equipped, I use a modified bag window that has 2 columns of mini-inventory slots running down the middle (so 20 in total.)
B1 x x B6
B1 x x B6
B2 x x B7
B2 x x B7
B3 x x B8
B3 x x B8
B4 x x B10
B4 x x B10
I numbered the bag slots to give an idea here how each Bag slot has 2 mini slots next to it. I set my inventory slot I keep open for clickies (denoted by x )next to every bag slot so no matter where in my bag I store my clickie, it is right next to my Clickie Slot. The rest of the slots depend on what item I have next to it in my bag o' clickies, I have a ring slot next to my bagged FD ring, for example. It makes swapping in clickies SO much better and more efficient, so I thought I would share.

I haven't used Thott's UI bits in a long time, but the containers (can be used without the rest) have each inventory slot in them. Might take some updating with all the code changes, though.

That's a cute trick for raiding or grouping, but way impractical for actual inventory management, imo. They just take up SO much space.

Bootie update:
Finally got 'em off the last efreeti of the evening yesterday. Full set in about 30AAs ... now I have to master the old 'sliding block puzzle challenge'. I used to take those things apart and reassemble them when I was a kid ... don't suppose that's an option now though LOL. Man, I suck at those puzzles.

True enough, but I'd rather try and crack it myself first

The three column one is just the old Towers of Hanoi thing - much easier to do if you recognise that first.

Dunno if it was mentioned or not, but I think there's a quested/dropped bracer in Plane of Disease with an instant 'Resist Disease' click. Might or might not have stacking issues with Tribunal/Wishka

, the person doing the turn in for the alternate access quest (to COD) gets the bracer, the whole group gets flagged though. the click casts our lower lvl buff

Nice list Tharkis, but most of those are not available to most shaman. I would say that only 13 are real possibilites; however, some of those require raiding guilds.
Crystal Amulet of the Seer - Fire Elemental
Gore-Splattered Shoulders - High Elf
Thick Ice Studded Collar - Violet Sporali
Lense of the Evil Eye - Evil Eye [GM-given Tier 3 reward for beta-testing the Prophecy of Ro expansion.]
Lepracon's Pot of Gold - Scaled Wolf [GM reward to player Lepracon for his excellent roleplaying.]
Bone Mask of Horror - Frost Bone
Fairy Wing - Fairy [This item cannot be obtained by normal means. It was given as a reward to Tier 3 Beta testers for The Serpent's Spine.]
Fendrakyn's Shattered Shard - Imp [Given out to Fendrakyn after a GM event on the Legends server.]
Guise of the Deceiver - Dark Elf
Crown of Deceit - Wood Elf
Mask of the Devious - Gnome [GM event?]
Tharkis' Platinum Stud - Orc [This item was awarded on the Stormhammer Server and is named after Tharkis, a Barbarian Shaman. It is highly unlikely it will ever be available on regular servers.]
Ball of Golem Clay - Earth Elemental
Shiliskin Tricketer Mask - Water Elemental
Firestorm Cape - Troll [This item is the result of a quest - The War. Rarity: No Longer Dropped]
Circlet of Disguise - Human
Efreeti Death Visage - Spectre
Amulet of Necropotence - Skeleton
Guktan Pastwatch Eye - Froglok [Dropped/Found during the war.]
Dometrius, the Master's Burden - Iksar
Visage of the Screaming Banshee - Banshee [This item is only available through the Legends of Norrath card system..]
Visage of the Phased Scrykin - Scrykin [This item is only available through the Legends of Norrath card system..]
Visage of the Emperor Draygun - Shiliskin [This item is only available through the Legends of Norrath card system..]
Visage of the Crystal Golem - Crystal Golem [This item is only available through the Legends of Norrath card system..]
Visage of the King Gelaqua - Gelidran [This item is only available through the Legends of Norrath card system..]
Visage of the Queen Pyrlonis - Pyrelian
Stones of Fortune - Azure Sporali [Given to those who attended the Las Vegas Fan Faire.]
