Well guys I get my 2nd Bracer Gyrocore... and I decide to make a new bracer for the Disease Focus...
We'll I posted in the Veterans Lounge and 1 helpful person mentioned Bracer Tuneforge Contrivance http://lucy.allakhazam.com/item.html?id=79620
so looks like a 370 pp investment... I'll check after raids and post if it worked... If it really was this simple I'm wondering why no one mentioned it before hand.

Yeah that's the way to do it...
Costs aprox 370 Plat (367 at 469 CHA)

Just Combine the Poison Focus Bracer and it'll change it to the Disease One.

I've done it with the T3 bracer. Just put it in that container and combine. No need to un-core it. Pretty simple really.
