Which earring, Rune-etched or diaku pinticle?

Hello,
I have a and just got a , which one would you wear ?
So is 265 HP/mana > 12% specialize alteration and 4% shielding ?

Anomalous Rock of Alteration is slot 8 and therefore as difficould to maintain as the earring itself for a grouper. If I would still raiding, I would go for the aug. The Earring is my last Item from old raiding days. Think I will keep it. Have seen somewhere calculations about the Effekt of 12% Alteration and think to remember that the value of it is more than 500 mana in a situation where you are going to burn throught all your mana-pool. And in any situation where you won't need all your manapool the more on mana won't do alot and any shielding will do better. Also on Avoidance I am now at 103 and would be under max without the earring.
I am almost full T5 groupgeard now and not near max shielding. Of all the deads I suffered this expansion til today, none was due to oom. I have a big prefeerance to defensive stats and my view may not be the averange.
