How do you like me so far??

First off thanks to all those contribute to this site. It has helped me quite a bit over the years.
My play time has diminished to the point where it's getting tough to group but it will get better shortly, and I still enjoy the game. I would like to know what you seasoned Shamans think about my gear. I realize I need quite a few upgrades and that will come in time, (pun intended). Currently knocking on the door to Fire, any suggestions on where/what to solo for a good drop or two.
